About the Author
Dr. John W. Mulcahy is the Charles A. Dana Professor of Educational Leadership, professor of management, and senior professor in the Schools of Business and Education at the University of Bridgeport. He has just completed his fortieth year in higher education and is the immediate past president of the National Academy for the Advancement of Educational Research.
Dr. Jess L. Gregory is a recent graduate of the University of Bridgeport's doctoral program in educational leadership, where she earned the award for the Outstanding Dissertation of the Year. Dr. Gregory is an urban educator devoted to making abstract concepts concrete.

Lost Faith Early!

I was so excited to get this book - concise and specific to my field. I became a little hesitant upon finding a couple grammatical errors in the forward. But my huge disappointment came at the top of page 3 where two very basic and important symbols were reversed, the N and the n (see attached). What a disappointment that all the time and energy that obviously went into this book has now become suspect to me. I looked through a lot of listings to select this resource. I'm not sure if this mistake is due to poor editing/proofing, but I can't risk spending my time learning material that hasn't proven trustworthy before the first three pages were read. I'm sorry, but I have to be honest it's a disappointment.
