Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich BWL - Rechnungswesen, Bilanzierung, Steuern, Note: 1,1, Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Mannheim, früher: Berufsakademie Mannheim, 22 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Vergabe von Optionen auf Aktien von Unternehmen im Rahmen von Aktienoptionsprogrammen (Stock Option Pläne, Aktienoptionspläne) ist in den USA bereits seit den fünfziger Jahren regelmäßiger Bestandteil der variablen Vergütung von Führungskräften. In Deutschland wurde das erste Aktienoptionsprogramm 1986 von der CONTINENTAL AG aufgelegt. Die Verbreitung blieb jedoch zunächst gering. Die Bekanntgabe der Aktienoptionspläne von DAIMLER BENZ und DEUTSCHE BANK im Mai 1996 löste hier zu Lande eine erste lebhafte Debatte über die unternehmenswertorientierten Entlohnungsmodelle als Managementvergütung aus.

Mit der Änderung des Aktiengesetzes durch die Verabschiedung des Gesetzes zur Kontrolle und Transparenz im Unternehmensbereich (KonTraG) in der Fassung vom 27.4. 1998 wurde zudem die Auflegung von Aktienoptionsprogrammen in Deutschland wesentlich erleichtert, womit die Diskussion der bilanziellen Behandlung von Aktienoptionsprogrammen begann. Dabei geht es bis heute um die Frage, ob eine Angleichung des HGB an bestehende Regelungen nach US-GAAP möglich ist und dies mit dem inländischen Recht vereinbar ist.

Darüber hinaus hat sich das HGB in den letzten Jahren immer mehr für die Internationalisierung der Berichterstattung geöffnet. Das Kapitalaufnahmeerleichterungsgesetz (KapAEG) gewährt durch den § 292 a HGB bereits seit 1998 die Erstellung eines vom deutschen Handelsrecht befreienden Konzernabschlusses nach internationalen Standards.

Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Bilanzierungsstandards für Aktienoptionsprogramme nach US-GAAP und IFRS sowie HGB unter Berücksichtigung der Vergleichbarkeit der Jahresabschlüsse darzustellen. Dabei konzentriert sich diese Arbeit auf die Behandlung der Ausgabe von realen Aktienoptionen in börsennotierten Unternehmen.

Einleitung
Um sich den seit 1930 entstandenen surrealistischen Objekten zu nähern, bedarf es einer komplexen Definition. Vorerst versuche ich, eine Einsicht in die Mythologie (bzw. die Art der Weltbetrachtung) des Surrealismus zu liefern, welche jedes Objekt, jeden Gegenstand aus der realen Welt als Antwort auf Stimmen und Fragen aus dem Unterbewußtsein definiert. Der für die Surrealisten so wichtigen Entdeckung des Unbewußten durch Sigmund Freud werde ich mich unter Punkt I.2 zuwenden, der daraus resultierenden Theorie der Surrealisten über das „objet trouvé“, unter Einbeziehung des urgeschichtlichen Glaubens an Objektbesessenheit, Animismus und Fetischkult unter II.2. Auf diesen Erkenntnisse basierend, werde ich den Einfluß Lautréamonts auf die surrealistische Suche nach einer „beauté convulsive“ erläutern und auf die verschiedenen Aspekte surrealistischer Anforderungen eingehen, die sie an ihre „konstruierten Objekte“ stellten.
Das abschließende Kapitel widme ich einigen Arbeiten Alberto Giacomettis, der als erster surrealistischer Bildhauer gilt und bedeutend zu der Entstehung der „Objekte mit symbolischer Funktion beigetragen hat.

Jahrhundert), fällt.

Die wesentlichen Veränderungen im Sprachwandelprozess vom mittelalterlichen Spanisch zum modernen Spanisch vollzogen sich vorwiegend in den so genannten „Siglos de Oro“, im Laufe des 15. bis 17. Jahrhunderts. Diese verstärkten den Unterschied gegenüber dem Katalanischen und Portugiesischen.
Gegenstand dieser Hausarbeit wird die Untersuchung der gesprochenen Dialekte in der Romania mit schwerpunktartiger Thematisierung der Dialekte Kastilisch, Katalanisch und Portugiesisch, insbesondere im Siglo de Oro, sein.
Besondere Berücksichtigung finden hierbei, neben den linguistischen Aspekten, auch die literarischen und polit-historischen Hintergründe.

Der Meier Helmbrecht setzt sie als letztes Mittel in der Diskussion mit seinem Sohn ein, um diesen daran zu hindern den Hof zu verlassen, seinen Stand verbrecherisch zu übertreten und so nach dem Tod in der Hölle zu schmoren. Durch die Steigerung in der Argumentation des Meiers, deren Ende die Träume bilden, misst Wernher der Gartenære ihnen eine größere Überzeugungskraft zu, als dem davor stattfindenden Lehrgespräch und dem Angebot der Hofübernahme. Die Träume bilden den Höhepunkt der Argumentationsreihe, was ihnen eine besondere Bedeutung zukommen lässt und den heutigen Leser, zumindest aber mich, stutzig macht.
Für die mittelalterlichen Rezipienten deuteten die Träume die gesamte weitere Geschichte voraus. Ihr Vorwissen über spiegelnde Strafen, den Ordo-Gedanken und ihr fester Glaube an die Gerechtigkeit Gottes, ließen sie in den Träumen die Folgen für Helmbrechts Taten erkennen. In dieser Arbeit möchte ich herausarbeiten, welche Bedeutung die Träume für die Menschen im Mittelalter hatten, was die vier Träume des Meiers Helmbrecht aussagen und wie diese sich in der Geschichte erfüllen. Nach einigen allgemeinen Aussagen über Träume, gehe ich bei den vier Träumen des Meiers Helmbrecht chronologisch vor und vertiefe nach der jeweiligen Interpretation einige rechtliche und religiöse Thematiken des Traumes. Dabei stelle ich eine Verbindung zwischen Trauminhalt, Helmbrechts Verbrechen und den darauf folgenden Strafen her.

About the Author

Jay Winter is the Charles J. Stille Professor of History at Yale University.  Michael Teitelbaum is Wertheim Fellow at the Labor and Worklife Program of Harvard Law School and  a Senior Advisor at the Alfred P Sloan Foundation in New York.  Together and separately they have written numerous scholarly works on history, politics, and sociology.

Laid out a fantastic claim for fertility variations being the result of politics

Demographics are a complicated issue, but previous treatises left out how much fear of the future and the politics of a country have already controlled these issues worldwide. The variations on the approaches to population were well documented, and gave me a new view of the history of some of the countries that I already thought I knew much about.

Further, it was possible to see that demographics has never been a back-burner issue anywhere. Up-front, and authoritarian forces all over the world have attempted to control, or mitigate, country problems with the production of new humans. Finally, the visceral reactions of ethnicities to the loss of their populations requires new thinking on where we get and why we have our prejudices and racist attitudes.

Very Interesting; Missing Elephant in the Room?: Paternal Personal Responsibility for Children and Paternity Becoming Provable

Very interesting book that explains a lot of the political problems, although the septuagenarian male authors miss an elephant in the room affecting this issue that may be more visible to younger people, which is that paternity became provable in 1970 - and is becoming increasingly inexpensive to prove/disprove today, to the point where even poorer countries may have access to it soon.

Countries that try to use immigration, including illegal immigration, for child and elderly care rather than acknowledging paternal/male personal responsibility for children and the elderly and reforming policies (such as the huge taxpayer and debt-financed subsidies in the US to men to neglect their children and any unpaid work, which have increased during each of the Bush and Obama Administrations) suffer steep declines in fertility in the citizen population (such as below 1.5), but those that acknowledge paternal responsibility raise theirs back up (to about 2 or so in the countries that have done this, through a variety of methods; some methods of acknowledgment of this work better than others).

It's interesting that Germany, Japan and Italy, the three Axis countries of WWII in 2014 all have fertility rates below 1.4 - much lower than many of the countries that have adjusted to/reformed policies to acknowledge paternal personal responsibility for children and the elderly.

The authors give some misinformation about "jus sanguinis" citizenship (i.e. the requirement that a child is not a citizen unless one or both his/her parents are and that it is not enough just to be born on the soil of the country, which is called "jus soli" citizenship). Jus soli is a Roman Empire concept and not as common in countries outside that scope. It is not just a German thing (while Germany did use to be a base of the Holy Roman Empire, it was also, of course, a base of the Reformation). All the Scandinavian countries have long had a jus sanguinis (or parental link) requirement, and in recent years, a number of countries that didn't have it, have added a parental link requirement. Australia, Ireland, India, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Malta, and the Dominican Republic have all repealed "jus soli" citizenship.

The right wing efforts to control women - as well as some of the global religion-based violence and conflict - are likely a reaction to this decline in fertility and to paternity becoming provable (the ideologies of the religions are based in not being able to prove this and so they go into crisis). Among some populations of US citizens, such as white, Asian and black citizens, the fertility rate was in 2012 below 1.8 (below 1.7 for whites); it has dropped markedly (by about 0.15) in even just the last few years. Latino fertility rates in the US are still 50% higher than in Mexico (where they went from 6.8 in 1970 to about 2.3 today), although they have also dropped a little bit in the last few years. Stay-at-home motherhood has also increased, from 20% to 29% since 2000 (including an increase of 3% since Obama took office); stay-at-home mothers are significantly more (as much as 50% more) likely to have a high school education or less, be Latino, and be in poverty than other mothers.

Anschließend werfen wie einen Blick auf die Organisationsstruktur (Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation) des Tennisbundes und zeigen die Zusammenarbeit der ehren- und hauptamtlichen Mitarbeiter anhand eines Beispieles auf. Breitbandanschlüsse, die mittlerweile auch für Normalverbraucher erschwinglich geworden sind, bieten Firmen erweiterte Möglichkeiten bei der Gestaltung ihrer Internet-Präsenzen, da auf die Ladezeiten von Grafiken und Videos kaum noch Rücksicht genommen werden muss. Heute gilt eine Webseite vielen Kunden als Visitenkarte und Gradmesser für die Seriosität eines Unternehmens – eine nicht zugleich benutzerfreundliche, mit Bedacht gestaltete und nicht aktuell gehaltene Webseite schwächt dessen Image ebenso wie ein durchdachter Auftritt maßgeblich zur positiven Außenwirkung einer Marke beitragen kann.

Fantastic Christmas Carol Introductions

I first found this book this year and used all of the introductions during the Christmas Season. I used most of them during our Christmas Eve candlelight service. Many members of the congregation commented on how they enhanced the service. The introductions were easy to learn and the congregation had nothing but praise about how they enhanced the worship services. I strongly recommend any of the Westenkuehler introductions to any organist that wants to enhance their worship services.
